YoupiAds offers digital marketing and IT consulting services as agreed upon with our client. The services will be provided in a professional manner by qualified personnel.

The client agrees to pay YoupiAds the fees as outlined in the agreement. Payment terms will be specified in the agreement, including any deposits or milestone payments required.

Both parties agree to keep all information shared during the engagement confidential. This includes sensitive business information, strategies, and any other proprietary data.

Any intellectual property created during the provision of services will belong to the client unless otherwise agreed upon. YoupiAds may use certain tools or methodologies that are their own intellectual property.

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if there is a breach of contract by either party. Upon termination, any outstanding fees must be paid within a specified timeframe.

Youpiads is not liable for any damages resulting from actions taken based on our advice or recommendations. The maximum liability of YoupiAds is limited to the total fees paid by the client.

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with EU laws without regard to conflicts of laws principles.

This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between both parties and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings relating to the subject matter herein.
